Job summary

A biotechnological company in East Hagbourne is seeking an Analytical Scientist to develop and validate methods for lipid nanoparticle analysis. This full-time role requires a Master’s in Chemistry and over three years of HPLC experience, ideally in a GMP environment. Responsibilities include method optimization, data interpretation, and supporting drug development processes. Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with HPLC in industry (pharma/biotech preferred).
• Experience with cGMP method validation (at least 2 methods independently validated).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative start-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimise, and validate analytical methods for lipids, polymers, and nanoparticle components.
• Execute method validation according to ICH Q2 and support transition into cGMP workflows.
• Interpret data, prepare reports, and present results to cross-functional teams.
