Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions' HPAPI Research and Manufacturing facility in Riverview, Michigan, is seeking an Analytical Scientist to join our Analytical Chemistry team. You will develop and validate analytical methods, focusing on HPLC and GC, with rigorous documentation and QA support.

The role requires strong knowledge of analytical testing, attention to detail, and collaboration across QC and Process Development to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• PhD or advanced degree with related laboratory experience in analytical chemistry.
• Experience with validation, documentation and GMP/regulated environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with analytical instrumentation and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical methods that are accurate, precise and specific for QC and Process Development.
• Document method development in notebooks and prepare test methods.
• Validate methods following USP and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain calibration and operation of HPLC/GC instruments.
• Support QC and manufacturing testing with timely results.
• Ensure proper sample preparation, data recording and filing.
