Job summary

Replimune Analyst II, Analytical Development is based at Milton Park and will perform routine analytical testing to support AD, PD, Research and QC projects, with a 5-day on-site expectation.

You will assist with analytical method development and product characterization, prepare reagents and controls, maintain equipment, and ensure GMP-compliant laboratory operations in a collaborative, small-team environment.

Qualifications

• Biological Sciences BSc degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant laboratory experience.
• Able to work independently and in a small team.
• Experience in GMP laboratory environment beneficial.
• Good time management and organized work style.
• Interest in biological science essential.
• Experience in cell culture, ELISA, PCR, or chromatography.
• Good IT skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform PCR, ELISA, chromatography and cell-based analytical tests.
• Support analytical method development and product characterization projects.
• Prepare laboratory reagents and biological assay standards and controls for use in routine testing and development projects.
• Oversee and perform internal periodic maintenance, calibration and verification of laboratory equipment.
• Perform general laboratory housekeeping tasks, including maintaining stock levels of laboratory consumables.
• Operate in accordance with GMP, company procedures and health and safety practices.
• Author, update and adhere to equipment and method SOPs as required.
• Review assay sheets, lab books and GMP documentation.
• Train team members in equipment usage and maintenance.
