Abbott's Diabetes Care site seeks a strategic Analytical Chemistry leader to head the laboratory responsible for release testing, stability work and lifecycle management of combination products.

You will build and scale the analytical team, shape technology strategies, ensure GMP/ISO compliance, and work with Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D. This role offers leadership, influence on product development, and cross-functional impact on patient outcomes worldwide.

Formación

• Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related.
• Significant experience leading GMP-regulated analytical labs.
• Strong HPLC and dissolution testing expertise.
• Experience with method validation, transfer, and lifecycle management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a high-performing analytical laboratory and team.
• Drive KPI-based performance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure GMP, ISO 13485, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead investigations (OOS, OOT, deviations) and audits.
• Guide method development, transfer, and lifecycle management.
