Job Description

This role involves analyzing pharmaceutical raw materials, drug substances, and finished products, with an emphasis on accuracy and timely results.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine analyses using traditional and modern techniques.
• Review analytical data for GMP compliance.
• Manage OOS results and action limits following procedures.
• Prepare and review reports, document data accurately.
• Monitor productivity metrics and participate in meetings to assess capacity and efficiency.
• Ensure customer requirements are met or exceeded.
• Address customer queries and keep updated on technological and method revisions.
• Train junior staff and support audits and SOP revisions.
• Provide coverage for team members and participate in weekend/overtime schedules.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry or related field; MSc preferred.
• 7-11 years of relevant pharmaceutical analysis experience.
• Proficiency with analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, UV, etc.) and GMP environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, data interpretation, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration abilities.
