The International Premium Products & Benefits team (IPPB), within the ICS COE, is responsible for delivering and enabling transformational growth opportunities by providing best-in-class premium products, capabilities, customer experiences & partnerships to drive revenue growth and margin expansion. The Analyst, ICS COE Governance will report to the Manager, Third Party Risk and will support all Third Party Risk Management and governance requirements across IPPB, as well as supporting other governance initiatives such as issue management and process control analysis and development.

How will you make an impact in this role?

The Analyst will manage the Deal Protocol process for Third Parties across IPPB, support managers in meeting TLM onboarding and ongoing monitoring requirements, and work directly with external Third Parties across Benefits & Loyalty. Additionally, the role involves supporting project workstreams aimed at improving governance across Offers, Benefits, and Rewards.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience in Third Party Risk Management with excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Manage all TLM onboarding and ongoing monitoring requirements for partners in the International Rewards & Benefits partnerships portfolio.
  • Oversee deal protocol for global travel MR partnerships and assist markets with troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate closely with Information Security to execute ongoing assessments.
  • Support the Manager in identifying process improvement opportunities and developing a project pipeline.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Expertise in Third Party Risk Management, Operational Excellence, or related risk functions.
  • Knowledge of key processes such as TLM, Deal Protocol, AEMP54, and PRSAs.
  • Process-driven with proven problem-solving skills.
  • High energy, competitive drive, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Autonomous work style with high personal accountability.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across global teams.
  • Highly organized with multitasking abilities and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in local or international markets.
  • Experience in card issuing and working with Third Parties.
