The International Premium Products & Benefits team (IPPB), within the ICS COE,is responsible fordelivering and enabling transformational growth opportunities by delivering best-in-class premium products, capabilities, customer experiences & partnerships to drive revenue growth and margin expansion. The Analyst, ICS COE Governance will report to the Manager, Third Party Risk and will support all Third Party Risk Management and governance requirements across IPPB, as well as supporting other Governance initiatives (such as Issue management and analysing and building process controls)

How will you make an impact in this role?

The Analyst will manage the Deal Protocol process for Third Parties across IPPB, as well as supporting managers in meeting TLM Onboarding and Ongoing Monitoring requirements. The role will require working directly with a range of external Third Parties across Benefits & Loyalty. In addition, it will also involve supporting project workstreams aimed at improving governance across Offers, Benefits and Rewards.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have experience in Third Party Risk Management and will possess excellent communication, collaboration, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Own and manage all TLM onboarding and ongoing monitoring requirements for partners in the International Rewards & Benefits partnerships portfolio
  • Own deal protocol forglobal travel MR partnerships and support markets with troubleshooting
  • Partner closely with Information Security to execute a pipeline of ongoing Information Security assessments
  • Support the Manager in identifying process improvement opportunities and creating a project pipeline

Minimum Qualifications

  • Expertise in either Third Party Risk Management, Operational Excellence or other Risk function
  • Knowledge of key Third Party Risk Management processes (e.g. TLM, Deal Protocol) as well as enterprise-wide processes such as AEMP54 and PRSAs
  • Process driven mindset with proven problem-solving ability
  • High energy, strong will-to-win and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Ability to act autonomously with a high level of personal accountability
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships, with proven ability to influence across multiple global teams.
  • Highly organised with ability to multitask and handle multiple deadlines
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience working in local markets or across International
  • Experience working in card issuing
  • Experience working with Third Parties
