Job description

What I need to do
• Sit within the Supply Chain Optimisation team, liaising closely with members of the Supply Chain operations team.
• Apply your analytical knowledge to business problems, recommending and implementing analytical solutions.
• Lead projects, develop & maintain relationships with stakeholders, and champion a collaborative approach to requirements gathering and analysis.
• Work efficiently while delivering high-quality, accurate, and professional outputs that reveal insights within the data. Maintain a focus on understanding the purpose of each project and the decisions it aims to inform.
• Deliver insights and recommendations through compelling data storytelling. Build and tell stories based on data to derive value.

• A highly numerate background with a degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related experience.

• Curious and logical problem-solver.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to partner effectively with the business, understanding problems and delivering value using commercial acumen.

Desirable
• Experience in Food retail or Supply Chain is advantageous.
• Experience with Python or R is helpful but not essential.
• Proactive about learning and career development.
• Contributing to the wider analytics community.
