Your new role

As a Structuring Analyst you will work with all members of the team, managing specific workstreams as well as reviewing work performed by analysts and other team members, report and work closely with senior members of the team (MDs and ADs). You will have interactions with all internal teams of FIS Supply Chain Finance (such as commercial, distribution and operations) as well as numerous external contacts with corporates, investments banks, funds, law firms and other advisors. provide high quality end-to-end transactions structuring services and analysis to clients and FIS Supply Chain Finance teams.

What you'll do

  • Help provide advice to the Origination team to enable them to make offers to clients that can be delivered in a timely fashion with a high level of quality;

  • Participate in client and investor meetings;

  • With the relevant transaction lead (e.g. MD), review offers from the Origination teams and provide clear oral or written opinion to the lead or Origination team;

  • Prepare elaborate models and investor reports (or review them if prepared by analysts), internal and external discussion papers, distribution teasers, investor decks, transaction documentation, and other similar documentation

  • Contribute to and/or manage specific workstreams related to the implementation of transactions together with the Structuring transaction lead, Origination team, the Client implementation team and Senior Management;

  • Disseminate structuring knowledge and market news among the Structuring team;

  • Take part in a total compliance culture;

  • Contribute to a positive work environment;

  • Share structuring knowledge among the other FIS Supply Chain Finance teams and specifically the Origination team.

Who you are

  • We would typically expect an Analyst to have between 0-2 years experience in finance, preferably in trade receivables finance or equivalent academic experience (CFA, Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration etc) combined with internship(s) in a relevant field

  • Experience in financial modelling and data management (Excel proficiency);

  • Very good presentation skills and capacity to generate highly professional documents.
