We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the Pricing and Analytics team at AXA XL in London. You will support actuaries across the UK, Europe, and US by producing analyses and tools for underwriting pricing in the Specialty insurance sector. The role involves collaboration with underwriters worldwide, IT teams, and senior actuaries, initially focusing on Aerospace products but potentially expanding to other Specialty lines.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing new pricing tools and models for innovative products.
2. Maintaining and streamlining existing actuarial tools.
3. Managing data collection and analyzing data for rate change and profitability metrics.
4. Supporting strategic initiatives to improve loss ratios.
5. Providing ad hoc analysis on risk factors and loss potential.
6. Collaborating with the Data team to enhance data quality.
7. Troubleshooting and training underwriters on pricing tools.
8. Pricing large risks on a case-by-case basis.

You will report to an Actuary in Aerospace Insurance Pricing.
