Overview

Role

In this role, you will conduct secondary (i.e., analytically and scientifically based) research and create high-quality project materials and customer deliverables. As an R&D Analyst, you'll join the R&D Advisory Group within Syneos Health Consulting where you will help make life science R&D organizations and operations more efficient and effective across research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance.

  • Help organisations in times of change, whether that is driven by a change in operating model, strategy, processes, technology, or a combination of these
  • Build positive working relationships with customers, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams
  • Support leadership by creating project deliverables and managing customer relationships on a daily basis
  • Identify customer challenges and opportunities
  • Participate in the development of content for customer proposals
  • Attend and participate in company-sponsored events, training and professional development opportunities, meetings, and other practice initiatives
  • Actively take part in continuous improvement of the R&D Advisory operating process, and intellectual capital and service line capabilities and offerings
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree
  • Experience in life sciences R&D processes
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Willing to travel 15-25% of the duration of an engagement
Desired Requirements
  • Graduate degree in business or life sciences
  • Work experience in the consulting, pharmaceutical or biotech industries
  • Life sciences R&D operational experience
  • Understanding of the end-to-end pharmaceutical/biotech value chain
