Job description

Your Role

In the role of Analyst Programmer, you will design and develop components of the financial systems Acon, which is running in over 100 countries worldwide. You will also need to ensure the quality and performance of the deliverables are up to a high standard.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Write quality software code in Rich Client, Web, and Mobile platforms with knowledge in Java and other technologies.
  2. Analyze and resolve technical issues caused by programs, systems, or databases.
  3. Conduct testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  4. Provide timely fixes for urgent issues in production to ensure seamless financial IT services.
  5. Arrange software packages for global deployment.
  6. Conduct peer code reviews to ensure software quality.
  7. Create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams of system design, architecture, and interfaces.
  8. Conduct Proof of Concept when introducing new software technologies.
Your Skills and Experiences
  1. Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or a related field.
  2. Experience working with a global or diverse team.
  3. Hands-on experience in Java and SQL.
  4. Experience with Oracle, Hibernate, Spring, MongoDB, Quarkus, or React is advantageous but not mandatory.
  5. Knowledge of Mobile Programming, Cloud Computing, AI and Machine Learning, and Financial and Accounting knowledge is preferred.
  6. Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Fluent in English.
