Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a talented Analyst to join its Primaries Fundraising Team in London. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with top private equity and credit funds, conducting due diligence and advising clients on market strategies. You will build and manage relationships with general partners and limited partners, produce impactful marketing materials, and support the sales team in coordinating roadshows. Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Placement Agent or Private Funds Group.
  • Experience with GPs or LPs in the Alternative Asset space.

Job Description:

We are currently representing a leading Placement Agent that, due to a large number of deals, is looking to expand its team by adding an Analyst to the Primaries Fundraising Team.

Since its inception, the firm has seen tremendous growth and partnered with a number of top PE, Credit, and Real Asset Funds globally.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct Due Diligence on Funds
  2. Advise clients on market proposition and strategy for PE, Credit, and Infrastructure GPs
  3. Build and manage GP & LP (Investor) relationships
  4. Produce relevant marketing materials (Pitch books, teasers, IM etc)
  5. Help the sales team in coordinating LP roadshows
Requirements:
  1. 18 Months - 3 years of experience at another Placement Agent/Private Funds Group, Investment Bank, Fund (PE, Credit or Real Assets Fund) or in Transactions Services
  2. Experience working with GPs or LPs in the Alternative Asset space
