Job description

We are seeking an analyst to join our growing PE Secondaries & Co-Investments team in London. The role involves conducting diligence and deal selection of Co-investments, GP and LP led secondary Private Equity opportunities, supporting the deal investment processes, and building financial models to evaluate historical information and generate projections.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diligence and deal selection of Co-investments, GP and LP led secondary Private Equity opportunities
  • Support the deal investment processes, including material production & presentation
  • Build and use financial models, third party reports, to evaluate historical information and generate projections
  • Convert industry insights into comprehensive investment recommendations and risk assessments
  • Contribute to the production of memorandums and recommendations of investment to the Investment Committee
  • Support portfolio monitoring, reporting and fundraising efforts
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking / advisory or a PE investment role
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree, ideally with a post-graduate qualification but not mandatory
  • Keen focus on attention to details and genuine interest for the Private Equity industry
  • Adept at articulating analytical views on and off paper, in a concise and confident manner
  • Proficient MS Office skills, Excel, PPT and LBO modelling proficiency
  • Collaborative personality, with the ability to complete tasks independently
  • Fluency in a second language is appreciated
