Job Description

Main responsibilities of the role.

• Updating and maintaining deal comparable data bases
• Review of market trends in terms of structures, pricing, liquidity
• Assist in preparing market materials for client pitches
• Assist in deal-execution of Leveraged Loans and High Yield Bonds (e.g. Q&A with investors, liaising with sales etc.)
• Update underwritten positions in Singular
• Assist in preparing bi-weekly underwriting reports to be presented to the Chief Risk Officer
• Support members of the team in the production of a weekly market update document
• Comply with the Loan Syndication procedure and maintaining the appropriate controls
• Build and maintain market network (peers and investors)
• Assist in underwriting memo preparation (after review of the due diligence reports, management presentations etc) to be presented in Credit Committee)
