Purpose of Job

The Digital Workplace capability encompasses technologies designed to enhance productivity, collaboration, and efficiency within the organization. The M365 Technical Analyst plays a key role in supporting and optimizing the digital workplace using the Microsoft 365 suite, with a focus on deploying and managing M365 Copilot.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Technical Support and Maintenance: Provide support for M365 tools including Copilot, troubleshoot issues, and monitor updates.
• Implementation and Integration: Assist in deploying M365 and Copilot, collaborate with teams, develop training materials, and support user adoption.
• Data Analysis, Automation, and Reporting: Use Power BI and Power Automate to develop reports, automate workflows, and analyze data for improvements.
• User Training and Support: Develop training sessions, support users, maintain documentation, and stay updated on new technologies.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications
