Responsibilities
  1. Conduct comprehensive commercial and financial analysis of companies, with a focus on credit assessment.
  2. Develop and refine financial models.
  3. Prepare detailed investment memos and proposals for internal and client use.
  4. Collaborate with senior team members to create internal marketing materials and presentations.
  5. Assist in client engagements by providing analytical support and problem-solving insights.
  6. Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and financial news relevant to our clients.
Qualifications

Experience Required:

  1. A minimum of 12 months of full-time or part-time work experience in a relevant field such as sell-side, buy-side, consulting, finance, accounting, strategy, or operations, preferably within a fast-growing tech company.
  2. A track record of top performance in both professional and academic settings.
  3. Some demonstration of entrepreneurship.

Technical Skills:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPTX) for creating presentations.
  2. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and analysis.
  3. Strong understanding of financial statements and the ability to analyse them effectively.
  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a commercial mindset.

Language Requirements:

  1. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  2. Proficiency in other EU languages is considered a plus.
  3. Commercially minded with a strong analytical aptitude.
  4. Driven, with a proactive approach to work and a desire to excel.
  5. Effective communicator, both in written and verbal form.
  6. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and work environments.
  7. Curious and keen for continual learning.
  8. A genuine interest in start-ups, tech, or financial markets.
