Job summary

ALS Laboratories (UK) Ltd is seeking a motivated Analyst (Level 3) to join our team in Hawarden. You will perform precise sample analyses to meet customer requirements and contribute to high-quality, compliant operations.

In this role you’ll troubleshoot equipment, support preventive maintenance, investigate non-conformances, and train colleagues to required standards. You’ll follow COSHH, PPE, and safety policies while developing advanced analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a scientific subject.
• Ideally, some laboratory experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to deliver instructional training and work effectively in a team.
• Good communication and excellent IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete sample analysis to required timescales and quality standards.
• Ensure samples meet compliance with our quality management system.
• Interpret and report analytical data effectively.
• Maintain daily service delivery in line with company KPIs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient sample workflows.
