Where Process, Meets Protection

We’re looking for a skilled IT Information Security Analyst to help shape the future of our business processes and technology. In this role, you’ll analyse complex systems, identify gaps, and design solutions that keep us secure, efficient, and ready for the future.

What You’ll Do
  • Review data and partner with teams to triage potential cybersecurity events across the technical landscape
  • Review and improve processes, systems, and documentation to meet evolving business needs
  • Perform analysis of processes and software capabilities, including system process analysis, design and prototyping
  • Analyse workflows and technology, driving cross-functional projects from design to testing
  • Collaborate with business partners to deliver secure, innovative solutions to address complex business needs
  • Validate testing plans and scenarios to ensure successful project outcomes
  • This role includes participation in an on-call rota, which may occasionally require working outside of core office hours
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in IT, business process improvement, or related fields
  • Strong background in process mapping, reengineering, and project / process management. Lean Six Sigma, CBPP, or other process improvement certifications would be advantageous
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills for tackling complex technical challenges
  • Excellent, articulate and confident communicator with the ability to bridge technical and business teams
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint & Visio
  • Whilst you don’t need a deep background in Cyber or IT Security, a genuine passion for cybersecurity is essential. We’ll help you grow that passion with mandatory ongoing technical training and development
