We are currently hiring for an Analyst - Hedgefund Rates Sales.

This role contributes to the identification of sales opportunities and maintenance of business relationships, focusing on specific customer requirements.

The role holder will:

1. Contribute to the identification of sales opportunities that address specific needs for clients and manage them from identification to point of sale.
2. Contribute to the maintenance of business relationships with accounts in the assigned area of responsibility.
3. Assist the team in the efficient marketing of products to their client base and in achieving both financial and qualitative annual objectives.
4. Share relevant market, customer, and counter-party intelligence with colleagues within the HSBC network to maximize the group's networking potential.
5. Support the day-to-day operations of the desk and handle administrative tasks.

Required Skills/Experience

• Previous sales experience.
• Keen attitude to learn and develop.
• Experience in fixed income markets.
• Understanding and experience working in global markets.
• Background in economics is desirable.
• Previous front office experience.
