Job Description

Summary: This position is responsible to assist with the day to day administration of all health and welfare, as well as retirement programs for about 650 employees based in our UK, Ireland, Scotland, Romania, and Middle East locations. This role will work closely with the Lead Analyst on the daily delivery of our comprehensive benefit and wellbeing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Daily administration of healthcare and retirement/pension plan enrollments as well as allowances and perquisites, coordinating Darwin Benefits Administration platform windows and employee contributions/taxation with payroll. Assist in annual renewals and new initiatives.
  • Manage payments to outside vendors across all of EMEA.
  • Assist as a point of contact for employees with benefit related issues and questions. Advocate for employees with broker or providers when employees have complex issues that require additional assistance
  • Establish relationships with other internal departments and act as a liaison in the company to gather ideas and sponsor wellbeing events. Create and execute educational sessions including new hire presentations for larger People (HR) team.
  • Special projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • 1 year experience preferred
  • The ability to work with employees at all levels, as well as have the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team with enthusiasm, initiative and creativity.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, meet challenging deadlines and multitask.
  • Excellent skills in all Microsoft Office Programs and working knowledge and experience with Workday, UltiPro, Darwin Benefits Administration.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to attend to detail, work under pressure, and prioritize in a fast-paced and loud environment.
