A leading company in the UK is seeking talented graduates to join their team as analysts or economists. The successful candidates will engage in diverse projects that involve quantitative and qualitative analysis while receiving mentorship and training. Based in London, this role offers a starting salary of £40-55k, depending on experience.

As a graduate at Mode you will work on a mixture of quantitative investigation, including descriptive statistics, implementing models and econometrics, and qualitative work, including literature reviews, policy analysis, and report writing. As you gain experience you will rapidly become responsible for structuring problems, finding solutions and delivering content. A ‘typical’ Mode project lasts for around three to four months, with short projects lasting around a month, and longer ones up to a year.
Most successful applicants will have a masters and possess an impressive mix of academic achievement, economics and quantitative skills, and exhibit personal initiative. Previous work experience is not necessary. Mode will challenge you to reach your full potential. You will quickly assume responsibility for your own project work streams, and direct client contact is fostered and encouraged. Mode will support you. You will receive close mentorship from a senior team member who will encourage and guide you to develop your career. As Mode is a small firm, we pay special attention to ‘on the job’ training, which is supported by colleagues and regular review.
We are seeking talented graduates to join our rapidly growing team as analysts (~0-2 years experience) or economists (~1-3 years experience).
·Location – The role is based in London (UK), where you would be expected to work in the office (expected to be at least 3 days per week)

·Salary – £40-55k p.a., depending on experience (with discretionary bonus)
Candidate Profile
·Masters degree in economics, sustainability, or related discipline (essential)
·Aptitude for problem-solving and strong communication skills (essential)
·Advanced coding capabilities, such as in R, Python, etc. (preferred)
·Previous work experience, especially using PowerPoint and Excel (preferred)
