As a graduate at Mode you will work on a mixture of quantitative investigation, including descriptive statistics, implementing models and econometrics, and qualitative work, including literature reviews, policy analysis, and report writing. As you gain experience you will rapidly become responsible for structuring problems, finding solutions and delivering content. You will quickly assume responsibility for your own project work streams, and direct client contact is fostered and encouraged. Mode will support you. You will receive close mentorship from a senior team member who will encourage and guide you to develop your career. As Mode is a small firm, we pay special attention to ‘on the job’ training, which is supported by colleagues and regular review.
