A rapidly growing firm is hiring talented graduates for roles as analysts or economists in London. You will perform quantitative research and analysis, gain hands-on experience through direct client engagement, and receive mentorship to support your career development. Visa sponsorship is available, and successful candidates will have a master's degree in a relevant field. The anticipated start date is September-October 2025.
Job Description
As a graduate at Mode, you will work on a mixture of quantitative investigation, including descriptive statistics, implementing models and econometrics, and qualitative work, including literature reviews, policy analysis, and report writing. As you gain experience, you will rapidly become responsible for structuring problems, finding solutions, and delivering content. A ‘typical’ Mode project lasts around three to four months, with short projects lasting around a month, and longer ones up to a year.
Most successful applicants will have a master's degree and possess an impressive mix of academic achievement, economics and quantitative skills, and exhibit personal initiative. Previous work experience is not necessary. Mode will challenge you to reach your full potential. You will quickly assume responsibility for your own project work streams, and direct client contact is encouraged. Mode will support you with close mentorship from a senior team member who will guide your career development. As Mode is a small firm, we emphasize ‘on the job’ training, supported by colleagues and regular reviews.
