In this role, you’ll do more than keep systems running; you’ll actively drive improvements that deliver real operational value for the business and our customers. You’ll bring a keen eye for detail and a passion for building solutions that are robust, efficient, and future-ready.

Clear communication is key. You’ll be someone who can translate complex technical issues into straightforward, jargon-free language for customers and stakeholders alike. Building strong relationships across teams will come naturally to you.

We value curiosity and continuous learning. You’ll stay up to date with emerging tech trends and bring fresh ideas to the table, always looking for ways to simplify processes, boost performance, and make business practices more efficient.

About You:

  • Fully proficient in SQL
  • Experience with at least one programming language
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively manage stakeholders
  • Highly organised
  • Proven business analysis experience
  • Evidence of CPD / active engagement with sector thought leadership
  • Experience working with Business Central
