A reputable Capital Advisory firm in the UK's West End is seeking an Analyst for their Debt Advisory team. The successful candidate will manage transaction processes, support junior members, and engage with clients and stakeholders on high-value deals. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 18 months experience in Debt Advisory, Private Credit, Leveraged Finance, Corporate Finance or Corporate Banking.
  • Experience creating IM's or external presentations.
  • Technical proficiency needed for LBO/covenant analysis/integrated 3 statement models.

Job Description

Analyst - Debt Advisory

  • Key deal team member managing the execution and supporting a VP and/or a Director/Partner on all aspects of the transaction.
  • Supporting, managing, and training junior team members (analyst) throughout transaction process.
  • Production of other bespoke modelling and client materials (e.g options papers, pricing analysis, covenant analysis).
  • Managing the information flow and key process management documentation (NDA's, Release Letters, etc)
  • Review and assess due diligence materials (i.e Financial DD, Commercial DD, Legal DD)
  • Liaise directly with the client and key stakeholders (e.g lenders, lawyers, DD providers) throughout the transaction
  • Preparation of marketing materials and maintenance of internal proprietary databases.

The Successful Applicant

Financial Services

Minimum of 18 months experience in either Debt Advisory, Private Credit, Leveraged Finance, Corporate Finance or Corporate Banking.
Must be proficient in PowerPoint (e.g. experience creating IM's or external presentations) and Excel financial modelling (i.e. LBO/covenant analysis/integrated 3 statement models).
Bachelors or Master's degree from a top university.
Additional qualifications such as CFA, ACA or MBA is helpful but not a pre-requisite.
