Job summary

Eurofins Uk Biopharma Services in Livingston is seeking a Chemistry Operations support role to assist the operation and development of the Chemistry department. Responsibilities include reviewing chemistry testing data, audit trails, performing chemistry testing, verifying and transferring methods, and supporting CAPA and Change controls.

The position involves documentation writing and reviewing procedures, registering standards and reagents, and assisting with equipment maintenance and quality

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences preferred.
• Experience within a GMP- or GLP-regulated environment, and/or experience within a Chemistry role.

• Chemistry testing.
• Method verification and transfer.
• Support resolution of quality issues.
• Root cause analysis and quality risk assessments.
• Management of chemistry materials and laboratory glassware.
• Registration and review of standards and reagents.
• Writing and reviewing of procedures, protocols, and reports.
• Implementation of CAPA and Change controls.
• Support with equipment calibration, qualification and maintenance.
• Propose and implement continuous improvements.
• Writing CSV protocols and reports.
• H&S representative and meetings.

The purpose of this job is to support the operation and development of the Chemistry department.

• • Data Review of Chemistry testing data

  • Support the resolution of quality issues.
  • Support root cause analysis and quality risk assessments.
  • Management of chemistry materials.
  • Management of laboratory glassware.
  • Registration of standards and reagents
  • Review of standards and reagent registration
  • Writing and reviewing of procedures, protocols, reports.
  • Writing exceptions.
  • Implementation of CAPA.
  • Implementation of Change controls.
  • Support with equipment calibration, qualification, and maintenance.

  • H&S representative
  • Hosting H&S meetings

Qualifications
