As an Analyst or Consultant, you will lead key client services, applying your commercial awareness and technical expertise. You will manage client relationships, identify innovative solutions, and pursue new business opportunities using your networks and market knowledge.

You should support junior team members, share your expertise, and continue developing your technical skills. A team-oriented mindset is essential.

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting clients with understanding complex tax law and HMRC interpretations;
• Supporting clients with employment tax aspects of corporate transactions;
• Researching case law and precedents;
• Advising on employee remuneration tax treatments;
• Building your technical knowledge through training and research;
• Managing HMRC liaison and disputes;
• Delivering high-quality advisory work, including drafting correspondence and advice;
• Participating actively in client meetings;
• Focusing on personal and technical development through continuous training and reviews;
• Working effectively within diverse, inclusive teams where contributions are recognized.
