Job summary

Airfinity Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join its Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolic (CVRM) team and deliver high-quality scientific and commercial intelligence for clients.

You will convert complex CVRM data into clear insights, work on bespoke forecasting and client projects, and engage directly with clients to support strategic decision-making within a fast-paced, data‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in a scientific discipline, PhD preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong scientific research capability in the CVRM disease landscape.
• Experience in forecasting, competitive intelligence, consulting or client-facing analytical work.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex scientific information into business insights.
• Experience with data visualization, dashboards and storytelling.
• Interest in using AI tools to enhance research and insight generation.
• Experience with R, SQL, Python or similar analytical tools would be beneficial.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolic (CVRM) team, supporting the delivery of high-quality scientific and commercial intelligence to our clients.

The Opportunity

What We're Looking For

• A postgraduate degree in a scientific discipline, ideally with a focus on cardiovascular, renal and/or metabolic disease. A PhD is preferred, although equivalent experience will be considered.
• Strong scientific research capability and genuine expertise or interest within the CVRM disease landscape.
• Ideally, experience within pharmaceutical forecasting, competitive intelligence, consulting or client-facing analytical work.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex scientific information into commercially relevant insights.
• Experience with data visualisation, dashboards and storytelling.
• An interest in using AI tools to enhance research, analysis and insight generation.
• Experience with R, SQL, Python or similar analytical tools would be beneficial.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
