Job Description

About the role:

As an Analyst in the Business Transformation team, you will support efforts to improve how our company operates. You’ll work closely with different teams to help identify areas for improvement, analyse data, and assist in making our processes more efficient. This role is a great opportunity to learn about business operations and contribute to projects that enhance client experience, quality, and performance across the organisation.

You will report to the Head of Client Operations and Business Transformation and collaborate with teams across operations, product, and technology.

What You’ll Do:

Process Support and Analysis:

  • Assist in mapping and reviewing business processes to find areas for improvement across the region.
  • Help gather feedback from teams and analyse data to support recommendations.
  • Support the implementation of process changes and track their impact.

Project Assistance:

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects by helping with planning, documentation, and coordination.
  • Monitor project timelines and help ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress.

Change Support:

  • Help communicate changes to teams and support training or onboarding related to new processes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices and learning from others.

Data and Reporting:

  • Collect and analyse data to identify trends and performance gaps.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and performance metrics (KPIs).

Quality and Compliance:

  • Support quality checks and help document standard procedures.
  • Assist in ensuring processes meet compliance and regulatory requirements.

Learning and Development:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and tools related to process improvement.
  • Take part in training and development opportunities to build your skills.
Qualifications

What You Bring:

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
  • Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5-6 years of experience in a business, operations, or analyst role.
  • Understanding of process improvement methods (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is preferable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Comfortable working with data and tools like Excel, PowerPoint, or BI dashboards.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
