Throughout the transaction execution lifecycle, you will help the origination team coordinate with various internal teams (legal, trading, operations) and client teams to advance and close transactions. The goal of the origination team will be to hand over the baton to the trading team once a specific transaction is closed.
Given the above responsibilities, interest financing markets, funding and derivatives is necessary. Interest in how swaps, repos and securities lending agreements work as well as banking and broker dealer regulations will be needed. Experience with basic financial modeling is also helpful.
Duties will include but not be limited to:

2. On-going business management
Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of financial instruments (stock loans, repos and derivatives) combined with a passion for understanding how financial markets function.
