About the team

We are London’s leading Public & Government Affairs team, providing value through insight, strategic political advice, and tactical execution. Comprised of former communications directors, government advisers, policy experts, journalists, and campaigners, we have deep expertise in UK government relations and offer unrivalled insight into Whitehall.

The role

We seek an ambitious, proactive, and motivated individual to join our award-winning Public & Government Affairs team in London as an Analyst / Account Executive.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Produce high-quality internal and external content under tight timelines and competing priorities.
  2. Monitor political announcements and parliamentary activity.
  3. Support political engagement programs, including stakeholder mapping, outreach, and logistical arrangements.
  4. Develop biographical and policy briefings through research.
  5. Assist in new business processes, including research and presentations.
  6. Support event management, liaising with MPs’ offices, parliamentary teams, and third-party suppliers.
  7. Build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.

Key requirements:

  1. Experience in a political party, especially Labour, or in public affairs is desirable but not essential.
  2. Knowledge of Parliamentary procedures and public affairs is desirable but not essential.
  3. Interest in current affairs and UK policy.
  4. Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  5. Proven ability to prioritize workloads and handle fast-moving events.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Attention to detail, organization, and planning skills.
  8. Team-oriented and collaborative attitude.
  9. Willingness to share expertise to enhance team work.
  10. Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach.
