Job description

Fimador is currently partnering with a private equity firm in their quest to find a graduate Analyst to join their successful team.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a graduate Analyst who is looking for their entry into private equity/private markets.

They are a small team; therefore, this would be a ‘hands-on’ role and a compelling opportunity to get first hand experience across many disciplines, meeting with clients and some of the best private equity managers in the world at an early stage.

Key aspects of this role would include:

  • Support with the origination of new clients, including outreach, preparation of materials, and follow-ups
  • General client management, including attending meetings; responding to ad hoc queries; preparing update notes; regular programme reports

You’ll receive development into portfolio management and also full lifecycle deal execution. We are seeking a proactive graduate with an excellent academic background (undergraduate degree in relevant field). Masters in Mathematics, Economics, Finance or equivalent would be a valuable asset, but not essential.

  • Strong research, analytical, problem solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks and deadlines concurrently
  • A self-starter who is equally able to work within a team as well as independently
