We are seeking a talented and experienced Analysis Lead to join our group Transformation and Change team, working on a key strategic programme in Long Term Savings (Pensions & ISA). As an Analysis Lead, you will take ownership of shaping the overarching strategy and delivering detailed business designs, processes, and functionalities that support business needs within agreed timescales and quality standards.

This role offers an opportunity to play a critical part in driving business growth and success. With your in-depth understanding of the workplace pensions industry and strong analytical skills, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about business analysis in the Long Term Savings domain, aiming to make a significant impact on the organisation's success.

About the role

  • Lead analysis on large and/or complex change initiatives.
  • Support and mentor analysts, providing guidance on analysis approaches and outputs.
  • Plan analysis activities, track progress, and re-plan as necessary.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively and communicate clearly.
  • Work across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
  • Create detailed documentation including scope, business requirements, process maps, and options papers to high standards.

About you

  • Experience in analysis within Long Term Savings.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, particularly with Scrum.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with various business analysis techniques, tools, and standards.
  • Understanding of business structures and key principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage workload and support colleagues effectively.
  • Deep knowledge of your specialism where applicable.
  • A self-starter with a focus on delivery, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
