Job summary

Agile Analog Ltd. in Cambridge is seeking an Analog Layout Engineer with experience on 4nm FinFET and 5nm and below processes. You will develop and implement analog/mixed-signal layouts, collaborate closely with circuit designers, and contribute to DFM and layout automation.

The role supports hybrid and remote working arrangements, with a focus on high-performance analog layout on advanced nodes. UK-based applicants with right to work in the UK are preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on analog/mixed-signal IC layout experience on advanced nodes.
• Experience with TSMC PDKs and design-rule requirements.
• Familiarity with LVS/DRC and layout debugging.
• Scripting experience (Python or SKILL) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop analog and mixed-signal IC layouts for 4nm/5nm and below.
• Work with high-performance PDKs and layout requirements.
• Create and modify cell and macro level layouts with manufacturability in mind.
• Apply analog layout techniques: matching, symmetry, centroids, shielding, routing.
