MedicsPro Ltd is seeking experienced Anaesthetic Nurses - Band 5 with NHS experience for contract work in the Gloucester area. Roles run Monday to Friday, day shifts from 08:00 to 18:00. You'll work with consultant anaesthetists and anaesthetic nurses to deliver safe, high-quality care before, during and after anaesthesia.

Responsabilidades

• Assist anaesthetists and anaesthetic nurses to ensure patient safety and quality care during anaesthesia procedures
• Monitor patients undergoing local anaesthetic procedures and ensure their safety
• Carry out anaesthetic orders, refer major problems back to the anaesthetist, ensure patient comfort and administration of analgesia
• Assess airway, breathing, and circulation until stable, with appropriate intervention
• Administer analgesia, antiemetics as necessary and other comfort measures
• Ensure paperwork is signed and up to date, including handovers and assessments
• Provide a range of skills and expertise contributing to safe and effective delivery of anaesthesia
• Ensure patients receive the highest standard of care before, during, and after anaesthesia procedures
