Anaerobic Digestion Site Operative – Oxfordshire – 45 Hour week + Overtime and on call available – Salary OTE £40,000

The Job:
Our client, a leading renewable energy company, is looking for a practical and reliable Anaerobic Digestion Site Operative to join their Oxfordshire team. This is a hands-on role where your farm or agricultural experience will be highly valued. The successful candidate will help operate the plant, ensuring processes run safely, efficiently, and smoothly.
This is a real opportunity for someone used to working outdoors or with machinery to apply their skills in a new, well-paid role with excellent working hours.

Key responsibilities include:
- Operating plant equipment and control system
- Monitoring digesters, feedstocks, and outputs to ensure optimal performance
- Carrying out routine inspections, sampling, and minor maintenance
- Keeping accurate operational records and reporting issues promptly
- Supporting health, safety, and environmental standards on siteThe Company:
