This facility is a low secure rehabilitation and recovery center split into five independent living units, providing 24-hour specialist care for individuals with enduring mental health needs.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing admissions and discharges
  • Planning nursing staff rosters
  • Supervising and guiding nursing and care staff
  • Monitoring patients, administering medication, and reporting conditions to doctors
  • Maintaining inventories of medical supplies and medicines
  • Mentoring and training new staff

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Clinical and leadership experience supporting nursing teams
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing service needs
  • Willingness to deputise for the ward manager
