Job Description:

Are you a polished and experienced Executive Assistant seeking a truly extraordinary role combining luxury, creativity, and global influence? This is a rare opportunity to support a world-renowned designer and entrepreneur at the helm of a prestigious private estate nestled in the picturesque hills of Italy. The estate is a curated sanctuary of high-end hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle experiences, attracting elite international guests and partners. As the CEO’s trusted right hand, you’ll take on a multifaceted role that blends executive support, brand representation, and operational excellence in a uniquely inspiring environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day executive operations across the estate
  • Curating and coordinating exclusive guest experiences for UHNWIs and VIPs
  • Managing high-level property enquiries with discretion and professionalism
  • Acting as a key liaison for international press, brand collaborators, and PR agencies
  • Coordinating private events and high-profile press visits
  • Ensuring seamless logistical and operational execution across all estate ventures

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years’ experience in a senior-level Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff role
  • Background in luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or creative industries
  • A meticulous eye for detail and elevated aesthetic sensibility
  • Outstanding cultural awareness and diplomacy in dealing with high-profile individuals
  • Impeccable communication skills, with native-level English fluency (Italian is a strong advantage)
  • Proven ability to handle complex logistics, guest relations, and event coordination
  • Unwavering discretion, loyalty, and emotional intelligence
  • Proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure, with a hands-on, no-task-too-small mindset
  • Strong tech literacy and ability to manage multiple platforms and systems

Why This Role?

This is not a typical EA position. It is a lifestyle career move for someone who thrives in rarefied circles and who understands the rhythms and expectations of international luxury. You’ll be living and working in a breathtaking region of Italy while playing a key part in shaping the experience of influential guests and supporting a truly visionary leader. If you're ready to embrace a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity in one of Europe’s most beautiful and inspiring destinations, please apply today. Accommodation is provided. EU passport is essential.
