Job Description:

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Hospitality Manager to work in an exceptional residential care home based in the Woodbridge, Suffolk area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers.

This special residential care home provides high quality residential care, dementia care, and respite care.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Hospitality Management is required.

As the Hospitality Manager, your key responsibilities include:

  • Develop a service experience that aligns with our family vision and values; emphasizing compassion, empathy, and transparency.
  • Foster a positive working environment for staff, encouraging teamwork, continuous improvement, and high-quality service.
  • Ensure residents receive exceptional care, meeting and exceeding their needs and expectations.
  • Manage food service operations, collaborating with the executive chef on menu planning, preparation, and delivery of quality meals.
  • Develop and oversee a engaging activities program tailored to residents' interests, promoting health and wellness.
  • Maintain a strong first impression experience for visitors and residents.
  • Ensure housekeeping functions are effective, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

The following skills and experience are preferred:

  • Excellent people management skills to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of first impressions and ensuring positive guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of food service operations, nutrition, and dietary requirements.
  • Understanding of older people's needs and ability to develop engaging activities.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping, cleaning, hygiene, and infection control.
  • Budget management skills to control costs while maintaining quality.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £35,000 per annum. This is a permanent, full-time position working day shifts. Benefits include:
