Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed Night Nurse Co-ordinator at an exceptional private mental health hospital in Hassocks, West Sussex. The hospital provides specialized care for individuals with mental illnesses and personality disorders, including male acute services, high dependency units, a female low secure unit, and a personality disorder unit.

**Requirements:** Must be a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC Pin.

Responsibilities

1. Assuming the role of Site Coordinator during night shifts.
2. Managing staff on the wards and monitoring staffing levels.
3. Providing supervision and support to staff across the site.
4. Monitoring patient care and safety, leading by example.
5. Responding to incidents, providing guidance to staff.
6. Ensuring site security and safety during night shifts.
7. Participating in the Level 1 on-call roster.

Salary and Benefits

£43,571 – £48,020 per annum DOE. The role is a permanent full-time position working 40.25 hours per week, with benefits including:
