Role Overview

The successful candidate will assist with implementing the new CAFM system and the new Mobile Working System over a period of 9 months, along with User Application Testing. Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operation of the CAFM system, providing user training, and liaising with the CAFM provider and IT team, including creating reports for end users.

What you'll do

The main tasks include:

  • Manage the implementation of the new CAFM system and Mobile Working System over 9 months, including User Application Testing.
  • Ensure system availability through regular monitoring.
  • Provide training for all system users and new staff.
  • Liaise with support desks for fault fixes and debugging.
  • Collaborate with the central IT team.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts, including client and subcontractor accounts.
  • Assist with establishing communication links with clients and supply chain.
  • Develop reports via the CAFM system.
  • Map and develop workflow processes.
  • Perform other duties as required.
