Role Overview

An AML PI Analyst role located in Peterborough within the Savills UK Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") Compliance Team, focusing on Private Individual client types in accordance with the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 (as amended) and other financial crime regulations for Savills UK clients and counterparties.

This demanding role involves liaising with internal/external stakeholders and third parties to conduct risk assessments and client due diligence ("CDD") checks independently, in line with business requirements.

While previous experience in a similar role is desirable, it is not mandatory as the successful candidate will receive full training. Experience working in an office environment is beneficial.

The Compliance team oversees all regulatory aspects across Savills UK, providing policy, advice, and training on areas such as Client acceptance, anti-money laundering, Estate Agent Act, Code of Conduct, Fraud and Bribery policies, and conducting client due diligence checks.

We are a dynamic team passionate about our responsibilities, continually seeking best practices to protect Savills and our clients from regulatory risks.
