Job Description: AML Manager at AJ FOX COMPLIANCE

We are recruiting for an AML Manager to join a dynamic team in an international law firm. If you're passionate about risk management, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

You will work closely with the MLRO and senior compliance professionals to ensure firmwide compliance with AML regulations, shape AML policies, oversee the team, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting compliance with AML legislation and guidance
2. Managing and mentoring the compliance team
3. Developing and refining AML policies and risk assessments
4. Keeping up to date with AML developments
5. Leading AML training sessions
6. Collaborating with compliance teams
7. Monitoring Source of Funds and Wealth procedures
