AML/KYC Specialist – Client Onboarding

Location: City of London

Duration: 12 Months FTC

Work Arrangement: 5 days onsite

Join our fast-paced Client Onboarding team as an AML/KYC Specialist, where you'll review client documentation to ensure compliance with AML and KYC regulations. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Compliance, and Legal teams to support the approval of new client relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity to join our growing business within the CLM department, working with some of the world's leading financial institutions. What You’ll Do

• Develop strong knowledge of the firm’s AML/KYC due diligence policies and collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Review, process, and approve AML/KYC cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.
• Conduct due diligence on various client entity types using internal tools and external sources to investigate and validate information.
• Communicate complex findings clearly across teams and support continuous improvements to KYC systems and controls.
• Provide feedback on KYC effectiveness and contribute to process enhancements.
