Job summary

LGT Wealth Management UK LLP seeks an AML/KYC specialist to lead client reviews in line with FCA/JFSC guidelines. ICA AML qualified with at least three years’ experience in a similar role is preferred.

You will manage risk grading, perform due diligence, and coordinate with Investment Managers to ensure timely, compliant file remediation while maintaining high attention to detail and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• ICA AML qualification with at least three years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Good communication with colleagues and documents.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking periodic AML/KYC client reviews per schedule.
• Complete due diligence reviews to ensure documentation aligns with policy and FCA/JFSC requirements.
• Perform screening of individuals and entities using SmartSearch/LexisNexis/Google.
• Review recent transactional activity against client profiles.
• Review the Structure Chart for accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with the Investment Manager to address action points and obtain fresh documents.
• Review Investment attestation on client circumstance.
• Perform Risk Grading review and interpret H/M/L CDD factors.
• Manage periodic review tracker and ensure targets are met with quality outputs.
• Manage workloads and pro-actively take on additional tasks as required.
