We’re on the hunt for an AML & Conflicts Team Leader to join an established team within a thriving International Law Firm for a 12-month fixed term contract.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of business acceptance, ensuring smooth client onboarding, managing compliance workflows, and leading by example of how to deliver exceptional service.
We’re looking for a compliance professional with at considerable experience in a business acceptance or general compliance role (ideally within a law firm). If you have a sharp eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset, and a knack for guiding and mentoring a team, this is your chance to take the next step in your career.
Your responsibilities will include:
Success in this role requires a solid understanding of AML and conflicts regulations across multiple jurisdictions, along with strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills. The ability to thrive under pressure, manage priorities, and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders is essential. A proactive approach and the ability to balance independent work with collaboration is key.
