Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Compliance Assistant to join the central Anti-Money Laundering team on a 12-month FTC to cover maternity leave. You will support service lines with client take-on and due diligence, part of a broader risk, compliance and assurance function.

The role offers a flexible hybrid-working model, with some travel to UK‑based offices, and opportunities to develop within a digitally-savvy, growth-focused firm.

• Review matters escalated to AML team to ensure risks are identified, evaluated and documented.
• Perform ongoing monitoring for clients, evaluate potential hits, and determine actions.
• Assist with ID verification, evaluate exceptions, or obtain evidence to support risk level.
