We’re looking for an AML Analyst (Exchange) to join our AML Corporate & Online Operations Team at Flutter UK & Ireland.

AML Analyst (Exchange)

We’re looking for an AML Analyst (Exchange) to join our AML Corporate & Online Operations Team at Flutter UK & Ireland.

The AML Analyst (Exchange) will conduct CDD, EDD, SOW/SOF journeys associated with Betfair Premium customers. The Premium customer cohort consists of Corporate Entities, Large data powerhouses, on-course bookmakers, arbers, market makers and other forms of industry professionals who use the exchange eco-system in a sophisticated manner. The role is aimed at individuals who have a keen interest in our compliance responsibilities as well as a keen understanding of the Betfair Exchange, its operations & its customers as well as Sports betting & trading techniques.

What You’ll Do

  • Conducting Enhanced Due Diligence reviews on personal as well as corporate sophisticated Betfair Exchange users
  • Review source of funds which includes complex betting strategies such as Arbing, Trading & Hedging
  • Ensure up to date & accurate information is recorded and stored within our case management system
  • Assist with any complaints or queries
  • Assist with onboarding new customers both corporate and personal to the Premium cohort
  • An awareness, at all times of Safer Gambling & AML Risk as well as industry trends

How You’ll Do It

  • Have an awareness of the Sporting calendar as well as Key Political events
  • A keen interest in the gambling industry & the Betfair Exchange
  • An awareness of the Gambling Regulatory Landscape with particular focus on AML
  • Awareness of betting markets & how sophisticated bettors may use betting markets to produce profit
  • An ability to always seek out solutions to challenges
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • A second to none attention to detail
