Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an experienced Approved Mental Health Professional to join our AMHP team in Ashton-under-Lyne on a locum, full-time basis for 3 months. You will conduct assessments and reviews and support statutory mental health processes in a busy social care setting.

The role involves collaboration with mental health hospitals, local authorities and other partners, plus report writing and documentation to meet statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified AMHP with at least 2 years post-qualifying experience.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments and reviews for individuals requiring mental health services in line with legal guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with mental health hospitals, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
• Offer expert advice and consultation on best practices in mental health services.
• Prepare reports and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Stay up to date with developments in the field, ensuring best practice standards are met and maintained.
