Job summary

AMFRESH Group is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for our Alconbury Weald site (PE28 4WY). This full-time, permanent role offers 4 on/4 off shifts (07:00–19:00) and a £13.40 hourly rate, paid weekly. You will handle orders, pallets, and stock, with training to use MHE and achieve picking targets in a growing business.

The role emphasises reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse environments.
• Great attention to detail.
• Organised and good communicator.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Pick, scan, and label customer orders.
• Be trained to use a PPT to move pallets.
• Check and maintain pallets daily.
• Label stock correctly and place pallets in the right location.
• Move pallets safely in and out of the warehouse.
• Lift up to 15kg and follow manual handling procedures.
• Meet hourly picking targets once trained.
• Maintain and inspect MHE equipment and report issues.
